Each pack contains such drawings as details for basecourses, floors, eaves and ridges. Passivhaus packs will include suggested window details for thermal bridging along with air sealing details. All the details have been used in Certified Passive Projects and passed thermal bridging and air tests on site.
Our Timber Frame frame package includes over 50 typical details for walls,floors,roofs and trusses
Our packs include optional details for external wall finishes such as brick or lining boards
In fact recent projects have acheived some of the lowest air tests recorded in the UK and we have experience in specifying suitable products to achieve a high performing building fabric
Remember these details have been used in live projects - tried and tested
Additional Services
For individual projects we can also supply frame designs and layouts and engineering designs for the timber frame structure- generally we will quote for each project but costs are likely to be in region of £600 for engineering and approximately £1200 for kit layouts and structural details specific to the project. The engineering and drawings would be sufficient for the Project (SER) engineer to sign off the building and prepare foundation details
